Syrup Hamdard Rooh Afza

Rooh Afza syrup is a popular beverage concentrate, traditionally enjoyed mixed with cold milk and ice, similar to strawberry milk in Western cuisine. It is especially cherished during Ramadan, often served at Iftar, the evening meal for breaking the fast. In the hot Indian summer, Rooh Afza is frequently diluted with water to create a refreshing Sharbat. The syrup is also a key ingredient in the Indian version of the Iranian dessert Falooda, where it is combined with Kulfi ice cream and vermicelli noodles.
